ORGANIC FIGS

From mid-June to early November, around 50 different types of figs ripen in our glass house and in the open-air plantation.

 

They are harvested fully ripe and are immediately available in our farm shop.

 

We take care of the countless fig trees in the open air and in our greenhouses with specialist knowledge and a lot of fingertip sensitivity - the result is two high-yield fig harvests a year.

 

The flowering summer figs are ripe from mid-June and July, we harvest the autumn figs

Mid-August to early November.

 

 

Our figs are particularly sweet and juicy. That's why our top local chefs love them.
