SLOW FOOD

Slow food (literally: slow eating) is a term that

which was shaped for enjoyable, conscious and regional food and

a countermovement to the trend of uniforms,

globalized and indulgence-free fast food.

The movement, originally from Italy, is making an effort

about the preservation of the regional cuisine with local vegetable and animal products and their local production.

In addition, the association sees itself as a lobby for taste,

but also for regionally adapted and ecological cultivation,

for the preservation of biodiversity and culinary cultures.
